No customer service

This particular store workers don't care about customer service,it is not in their vocabulary.i have been standing in a queue for over 40 min while they look like they have a very strange sickness that makes then disabled and blind.The pressure of the queue doesn't shake them. it is such a disappointment that this is what we experience in our local malls
