No customer service

End of March I paid my acoount in full and sent an email to Mr Price accounts to close the account. A month later I received a statement with monthly charges and insurance. Again I mailed them requesting them to close the account. Guess what, I have now again received another statement with more monthly charges added. This is pathetic!!
