NO Customer Service 2017 - Mr Price Clothing Mall@Reds

<p>I bought a jean from Brooklyn Mr Price for my daughter. When she fitted it at home the jean was to big. I knew that Brooklyn did not have smaller sizes and therefore took the jean back to Mr Price Clothing at Mall@Reds to exchange for a smaller size. For some reason the EXACT same jean that I bought the day before at Brooklyn was R150 more at ********** I refused to pay the additional R150. They called the Manager and he just said it is not his problem. I either pay the R150 in or I cannot exchange the item for a smaller size. When I asked why is there different prices for the same chain shop, he just said it was a mistake made by the Brooklyn Mr Price and he refused to be of assistance. </p>
