No credit! How?

<p>I don't get how I don't have credit where I last bought something on my account in March and I pay every single month how did the credit disappear like really though? I was so embarrassed and dissapointed in Mr Price so this basically means I can't get my credit to increase because then they just take the money? My money? No ways please explain !!!!</p>
