No Contact number

Good day. I'm actually impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the store... My only concern is a contact number...

I was there yesterday to purchase a few items , which two of them were gifts. I realised that one item , one I was going to gift was not in my bag... I've been trying to get hold of the store and no luck. No contact number on the till slip nor on the internet.

I'm currently out of town and cannot go to the store as yet.

Please advise what other steps I can take.
