No confirmation of account closed by client

When I closed my account on 28 February 2015, I requested that a paid-up letter or confirmation letter of the termination of the account BE EMAILED TO ME on the form that a Mr Price employee faxed to their head office. On 10 March 2015 I repeated my request per email. Up to date (19 March 2015) I had absolutely no response from Mr Price whatsoever. This is just another example of their lack of cooperation and bad attitude towards clients and staff alike. Mr Price Home went from being my favourite store to a company where I will never spend another cent.
