No compassion, humanity and respect

Mr price must be the worst if I comes to humanity ... we send a email in the start of October to inform mr price we had a loss of household income ... never responded and believed the arrangement was accepted ... this morning we got called by Nadera Bauraj ... telling us no email is received and and forces immediate payment on our account ... my husband handed the phone to me as I have signing power on the account she refuses to speak to me as per the ncr if I have signing power on the account I have full access to the account ... this lady has no respect for a costumer and talks over a person ... we will definitely be paying up this account and closing it after being a client for 3 years always making payment on time, and now that we in need mr price is turning their back against you then mr doesn’t need our money
