No communication skills , don’t know why they even have a online service , worst 1st time buyer from Mr Price

Mr price online has the worst communication skills , I ordered and I sent a message to the LIVE and they didn’t respond and when they did they simply waited for 2min and if no response they closed the call which is unacceptable as I waited for long just to get a response.... I want to know where my order is *** and I want feedback urgently
