No Communication, No Interest in Customers

Following numerous attempts to convert my account to 12 months, it has been with no success. I have sent numerous e mails and attempted to convert my Sheet Street account from 6 months to 12 months online with no success, i spoke to a lady over the phone more than a week ago to change my account to 12 months, she was rude and abrupt asking me for my Spouse's telephone number, i do NOT have a Spouse and i surely cant remember any number i have given regarding this, i changed my number from *** to *** that was all ! All i want is assistance for someone to help and change my payment plan to 12 months, e mails after e mails and online attemprs with no success, i there anyone who can help me to change my payment plan to 12 months ??
