No communication from MR Price

I am absolutley enraged with Mr Price....on the 27th March i incorrectly paid more money to them then i was supposed to pay and i emailed them on the 03rd April to request a refund and had no response until i called them on the 12th April for which i was advised to use a different email address to send my documents...which i did right away as i had all this saved from a previous email...i had made the same error with Edgars but have already received my refund from them. They advise it will take abut 5 working days for the refunds to be in my account, but still nothing. I called them today only for them to tell me they did not receive my documents and i must resend them...today is now the 20th April and then i must wait ANOTHER 7 working days to get my refund.....that is ridiculous because of their lack of communication I am having to wait soooo long...i absolutely refuse to wait another 7 WORKING DAYS!!!!!!!
