No code for item on sysytem

I purchased a boot online for my daughter. very fast and very efficient- only to get to the store to collect and find that the boot was not what I ordered. apparently the picture online shows the colour you want to order - which i did, but the SKU code online is for a stone boot. needless to say they couldnt order the light cream boot i actually wanted because theier system doesnt pick uo an SKU code for taht colour boot. very disappointing as it was for my daughters birthday and she really anted that boot. thanks
