No care for customers

I bought items online with Mr price and they are using the most useless courier. Mr price is OK daily that my parcel is being redirected and bit getting to me as a customer. How is that OK with you? It's been a week and there is no effort in me getting my fully paid order.

Why are you offering online purchases when you have a poor service courier company? It's rediculous, someone needs to follow up and ensure I get my order today still
