no care for consumers

i have called more than 5 times requesting settlement letters for my mr price and miladys accounts with no success in the past 3 days. i also have records of a consultant that i spoke to which shows that he has requested from the collections department to send me the letters, until now i am still sitting without the letters. i was told the accounts have been handed over to lawyer, got the numbers for the lawyers, i called and was told that the accounts are back to mr price group. yet mr price cant send me the letters.. i wonder what ******* is this.

i need those letters as soon as today as i need to settle the accounts.
