No Assistance from security after being ******

PLEASE WARN EVERYONE BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE IS A VICTIM OF THEFT IN MR PRICE CENTURION MALL.

We Are NOT safe in Mr Price Centurion Mall. My experience in that store was traumatic and the non-care treatment I got from MR Price security and personnel is shocking.

On Saturday I was shopping in Mr Price Centurion Mall. My cellphone as well as my wallet holding all my cards and some cash were ****** from my handbag by ******* posing as shoppers, who withdrew my attention from my handbag in order to open and ***** from it. Seconds after the incident I realised what had happened and immediately approached the security guard at the door, alerting him to close the doors as I was ****** in store. He just stood there not responding, just vaguely looking around. I asked him a 2nd time, still no response to do anything to assist me. After about half a minute he said "speak to that person", pointing to the tills. I went there and said I was just robben in store. That man said I must speak to another person who was busy on the phone. The person on the phone said he will be with me now, and continued on the phone. Another staff member then asked me where in the store it happened. I took him to the spot. He said said "we don't have cameras in the store".

The lack of response and the non-care attitude of Mr Price security and personnel gave the ******* even more time to get away.

I received NO assistance whatsoever from Mr Price so-called security or personnel.

MR PRICE CENTURION MALL IS NOT A SAFE STORE TO SHOP AT.
