No assistance from helpline

I made a payment online using my credit card. Due to the lagging of the Mr Price Money site, the payment went off my account twice. Upon calling the call center I was informed (after being transferred between three people and placed on hold for around 10 minutes) that they cannot assist in refunding my money and I will have to go in to a store today if I would like it back in my account otherwise I will have to call them again and it will take between 10 and 14 working days to process. What is the point of having online payments if it is just going to complicate my life even more? Now I have to go in to a store today despite making an online payment because I did not have time to do so. Thank you for nothing Mr Price.
