No assistance from customer care

I ordered items online and needed the items today. Called their customer care to follow up on delivery but no one can confirm exactly where my parcel is and no one cares to assist to go that further mile and try to get my items to me today. I then called and told them to cancel my order since I'm getting no help, consultant told he will send me an email to confirm cancellation, still no email received. I sent an email to their customer care, still no reply to my enquiry. This is not the first time that I am having an issue with Mr Price and their online shopping. Hopefully I get a response to this.
