No answer or call back from insurance policy department

I am really disgusted with Mr price insurance department i wanted to cancel my insurance policy but seems like i cannot do this. how can you have a call centre were calls are not answered even if you request a call back nothing happens to my surprise even the email address does not work. So that means a person will struggle to claim. Can someone please contact me to cancel the insurance if not I will not pay that damn account I don't care even if you blacklist me. How disgusting offering insurance yet this is the service you offer. I would advise people not to take the funeral policy with Mr price
