No answer - Online order query

I ordered goods pre moving to Level 4, understanding that it will take time to receive my goods. My two orders have been handed to courier on 15 & 18 May respectively, and I have still not received my goods. I have phoned twice without any luck- you hold on for 35 minutes and then just get cut off, leaving you with no answers as to the status of your orders.
