No aircons in the store and its very hot

I would like to complain about the temperature condition at the Mr. price in Nelspruit promenade Centre. It is very hop inside like you are in fire or something there is no air conditioner there is only one small fan which doesn't make any difference. I nearly fainted on Friday the quickly left the shop. What is going on Mr. price? Is it because you are too relaxed because you have a lot of customers so you don't care about your store conditions. We burning up please fix your air cons.It is impossible to shop at your store each and every customer complains about the store.
