No Action to Cancellation request

Hi MRP team, I've requested almost a month ago, one more tan one email, I want the below removed and canceled off my account. To date I have not received any update or confirmation that it's been received or resolved. I now need to keep paying or my account goes into arrears after I've asked this to be canceled.

Please cancel the below off my account. I am no longer interested.
