New website is useless

I don't understand why Mr. Price changed their website because the new one is useless in every way.

I've been trying to checkout since Saturday, I follow all the steps and even goes as far as sending me an OTP but every time I click "PLACE ORDER", It gives me all kinds of errors. When you try the online support, you are told that the "website is under maintenance and to try later". Your agent didn't even probe as to when the problem started was just told to try again later. This is ridiculous.
