New account worst service ever!!!

I have app**** for an account. After 3hours in Mr Pricr Sport Diamond Pavillion Kimberley I had no luck of finanlizing my application. I havr been put trough to new accounts, old accounts consumerfriend with a whole afternoon waisted and NO open account. Service received from the shop was only from one cashier. The other cashier made comments towards me when I complained indicating that I have veen om my phone for an hour to sort this out.
