New Account Application

I have app**** for a Mr Price account a few weeks ago, and to date I have not received any feedback, I keep on receiving SMS's asking to send my ID and payslips, which I have sent via fax and email and also have proof of doing so, but I never get feedback whether or not my account has been approved. I did a test with another retail outlet to see their response time and I was given feedback within 2 days, but with Mr Price I have to follow up myself, going on for almost a month!
