Never using Mr price online anymore

I am so disappointed in the Mr price online app.

I’ve been buying properly online for the past few weeks/months..

Last week I made another online purchase and I didn’t receive my order and my order was delayed they but I received an email stating my order was delivered of which I didn’t receive it.

they excuse was that my phone was off.. funny I didn’t receive a missed call or any email. And that they couldn’t locate my address but all this time they’ve been locating my address properly.

I am going to stop using the app from now on, now I must wait another 7 days for a refund.
