Never trusting Mr Price AGAIN!!!

On the 17th of March 2020, I deposited money to the Mr price beneficiary account (Advised by my banker) because my card wasn’t allowed to do online purchases because it’s a student account. I wanted to buy few thing on their App but couldn’t go through with the payment because of my card. After the payment, I called the call centers and they told me to send a proof of payment and they will send me a voucher of the amount I payed. I did send my POP but they didn’t get back to me since today!! I tried going to the Mr price headquarters in Durban but the lady in the reception didn’t want to hear my full story and told me that she can’t help me, she didn’t even direct me or recommend someone to listen to what happened and help me. I don’t trust Mr price anymore!! I’ve sent numerous emails to them but none are being rep****. So much for a big company!!
