NEVER RECEIVED THE INVOICED ONLINE ORDER

I`m very disappointed in MRP online shopping on the 07-08-2020 I placed an online order a men jacket for R254.99 the status changed to shipped ever since then I never received the order but when I checked on the statement from end of August 2020 it was invoiced I try calling MRP but they just ask for the order number which is *** they let me hold while they check then tell me they will call me back they are still tracking but since they none of them ever called me back. I do received other order this one never received it. That is why I decide to wrote this review.
