Never received item, not being refunded

During August, I bought three items from Mr Price Sport Online, order ***. Upon pick-up, I received only two of the three items from my order. The item titled, Long Sleeve Shirt Dress, Colour: Fatigue, retailing at R269.99 was not in my package.

I have phoned MRP many times, with the calls either being dropped, or the operator saying they will get back to me, but never doing so.

On 10 Oct, I left a complaint on the MRP Facebook page, which immediately got a response. On 12 Oct, I was advised that I was refunded. On 10 Oct, according to my order on MRP's website, the order was partially returned.

I have yet to receive the refund for this dress that has not arrived.
