NEVER open an account!!!!

NEVER open an account at MRP, as you cannot close it when you need to. I was in the West Coast Mall store on the 28th June, and completed the form to close my account, I was told that I would get an SMS in a few days, still nothing. I sent an email a week later, still no response. The reason I am closing my account in the first place is because of the absolutely PATHETIC service by head office. I always though the store staff were ok, but they can't even send a form to cancel an account. How am I supposed to close my account????
