Never in my life have I come across such a rude consultant.

I normally have a lot of respect for consultants as I know that this is a hard job and I have family members en the call center environment. But this was uncalled for!! I received my statement today for my Mr Price account (26 March 2019). I paid my full account on the 20th of March 2019. My payment does not show on my statement and as a concerned customer, I called the Call Center. I spoke to a lady named Cloeh and I explained to her what my concerns was as I wanted to find out if the interest will still be on my account. She did not understand my question as she sometimes would say "Yes" when I did not ask her a "Yes/No" question which clearly means that she did not listen to what I was saying. When I wanted to start explaining myself again to make my question clear, She shouted at me and said that I must let her finish!!
