Never EVER get an account with Mr.Price! They play you to bump up the interest and charge you more while acting innocent!

For the last +-2 years I have had non-stop hell with the sub-par service of Mr.Price, which is currently plummeting further. Never ever EVER get an account at Mr.Price! I paid them over a week ago, emailed proof of payment and have phoned them about this- and EVERY month it's the same issue. I believe they do this on purpose to ensure your interest amount goes up and they continue to charge you for miscellaneous **** like service fees and card fees- as far as I recall the NCR was investigating these activities of Mr. price and Edcon group about a year ago.

My latest email was a final demand to them to rectify this ******* before I start reporting to all the regulating authorities and below is a copy of the email I sent with the proof of payment- as I have to fight about every single darn month with this unprofessional company's accounts department:

Good day,

Attached is proof of payment. Made on Saturday. Your inefficient and unprofessional accounts department had better get their *** together and start realising they're ****ing long-time loyal clients off by not doing their jobs properly! Check my references, check which account it goes into (as apparently the one I have via Capitec bank app is your Absa account number), and do your ****** jobs. I am sick of being harassed by your company when I'm probably the only moegoe who pays you all more than I have to every month. Transaction errors and misallocation of funds and ****"excuses told to me by your call centre staff is just an excuse to pump up the interest and try find ways of *****ing clients. The NCR will be made aware of your bull***.

Fix this! I've HAD ENOUGH OF THIS ***** FOR YEARS!
