Never do business with MR Price!!!!!

I am so over the harassment and shocking customer service from Mr Price. In December last year I was contacted by MRP and offered a cellphone simcard. I asked a few times if it was a once off payment or a month to month or contract. I was told by there call centre agent that I was a once off and I could then just top up airtime if and when I needed. I specifically asked if the call was being recorded as i was skeptical. Since then I have been billed for R100 a month on my account every month for a MRP100 service. I have never used this sim card and have told them that but still they demand payment!! I have sent numerous emails and phoned so many times I can't even remember to sort this out. They are sending me accounts and harrasing me for payment. I will never pay this and will take the necessary legal action for the harassment and blacklisting me. Never do business with Mr Price they are the most ************* and useless company in South Africa
