Never buying again from Mr Price

Mr Price doesn't even deserve a one star.

8 days ago I brought an item on Mr Price's app and paid via EFT and the amount went of from my bank account. I have a proof of payment as well. But I never received a confirmation for the item I brought. So I brought the same item over my Mr Price account again on the Mr Price app. I received a confirmation that says my Item is in progress. I contacted the Mr Price group via whatsapp to ask for the reversal because I paid double the amount for ONE item. They say it takes maximum 72 hours for them to get back to you. So I have waited 72 hours for them to come back to me. It has been 8 days now and I still did not receive the reversal or any feedback from Mr Price.

I will not recommend Mr Price to anyone because they don't help you when there is a money problem. They only ***** from you
