Never been so insulted

I bought a denim dress in November for my birthday had it on the 2december I toke a big size due to I dnt want a dress to sit tight on me I washed it by hand because I saw the fraying in the seam on the 9th as I'm only on weekends off I've been busy seeing its that tym of the year and only toke it back today had no problem when I went to the cashier she needed authorization so the manager of the supervisor came could see she looked annoyed to so call explain to me as you knw this time its really busy and I'm a regular customer at the store BT I felt so insulted by the manager that I jst said you may keep because you don't knw hw to talk to a customer to me I've never had a problem BT if u hav a attitude and say I'm having 1 when I was explaining I also use to work with clothing at Woolworths nd for me to be told its damaged with an attitude and loud nd still ask your cashier was I rude with the customer no that jst really upset me so I jst left the dress of R199 because if that's how I'm being treated nd asked why did I not bring it in at that time hw is that relavent insulting me in front of others you need to give them training on how to talk to a customer because next time I'll have someone video it without them knowing and expose they way a customer as myself that knows how it feels to stand there if they don't have a passion to work with people they in the wrong field
