NEVER again!!! Mr Price Home ruined my Christmas!

My order was placed in November and still hasn’t arrived or been refunded. This is ridiculous!!!! This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift and MR PRICE HOME messed this up with there poor customer service and hideous processes. This was escalated 3 times and I still haven’t spoken to a single manager as promised by all the agents I was in contact with. If the purpose of your customer service is to get people off the phone and NOT solve the actual problem then I really don’t know!! It’s now the day after Christmas and I still haven’t heard anything from anyone! I am so disappointed and disgusted that I could not rely on this brand to get my stuff to me or even my refund done before Christmas so that I could make an alternative plan. This order was done in November and there was absolutely no sense of urgency. The only fast thing you actually did was take my money and now it is such a tedious process to get it back? ALL of this is your fault and you’re taking absolutely no responsibility for it and the lack of urgency is revolting! After spending R300 on airtime calling and waiting on the line back and fourth with agents that couldn’t keep to their word or even put a manager on the line, was such a revolting experience. I am going to be furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please make sure that I don’t speak to another *********** agent and give me my money back!
