Needs more professional staff members
I’m waiting in Mr Price parow centre for more than 40 minutes on a lay-by ,they are telling me that they are unable to find the box “lay buy” that is valid till the first week in December. Not a manager or assistant manger came to me I. 40 minutes time to apologise or anything like that.Pathetic and unprofessional customer service
