need more till ppints

On the 21 of December visited Mr Price in Kempton park festival mall really they need to do some serious ques I meant its December and I its understandable but to que on a longest line with 6 tills its really not on the que was so long up until the door its December time they should have at least 2 paypoints so that every customer does wait until they get irritated especially parents travelling with kids they have to stand the for almost 45min just to pay for 3 items no its not fair n their system doesn't change n its been years now n no one is doing anything about I'd really appreciate it if we can be taken serious cos really its bad at the shop their aircon is not even working n its really not by the shop
