MY UI19 AT MR PRICE

I work for this company for 14years and on November I took my annual leave, while I was still on leave I received a call that say my mother was sick with corona I came to see my mother and because I new that my leave was end the following day I sent my area manager Mr Naidoo a message and he responded by calling me and saying I should tell the Manager that I work with I did that and his response was he can't tolerate that , I did say anything after that I went on to be with my mother,and after my mother was well I went back after 14days and when I came back I was told I was fired , I accept that but now I'm asking about my UIF ,I get to be told it's absconding but on my knowledge absconding is for person who never came back from work and who stayed out of work with out any reports about where she is which is in my case I did tell them so all I want is my UIF the one that was deducted in my salary for 14years ,plz help me coz I see this is personal .
