My online order was cancelled and became available again at a higher price

Last week I made 2 orders online from Mr Price Sports of which the first order I am still waiting for even after ordering it a week ago and requesting that it gets sent to the branch. I then also ordered track pants (SKU: ********** 204003) the next day and was surprised that my order was cancelled as the item was available when I ordered. I then chatted with a unhelpful consultant online and she said that the reason for order number ********** 24743 was cancelled was because the item was no longer available. However, while I was chatting to her I checked the online store and the pants was still available but now more expensive. Which makes me believe that the order was cancelled because they knew they were pushing up the price.

I am really dissapointed in this as this is ********* because it is impossible that one day the product is not available and then the next it is. If this was the case then the correct thing to do is to delay the order until new stock arrives and then to process the order. I will not be ordering from your online store anymore and will make sure to inform my family and friends of your ********* practices.
