My money

Went to Mr Price Sandton to do a refund. They told us that they will only refund back to the card. Now they came back and they u telling us that they made a mistake as they thought the card was a credit card they didn't check. Now w eww have to wait for the bank to do the reversal and then they will only refund us. What on earth is that. It's their mistake and they should take it up with their bank. Why should a customer suffer because *********** staff? Can I have my money please.
