My first order went wrong

I bought an item from Mr Price website and the delivery person called me and I missed their call. When I called them back they say I must come and pick up my delivery from their house (reason I had bought online it's for the convenience of not having to leave my house) or I should give them a week to come and I had paid for a delivery with MR Price, now I have to pay a driver to go and collect my order from the courier.

No one came to my house to deliver my order, I wouldn't recommend this company for online shopping or its courier partner for that matter. It doesn't care or value it's clients.
