My first disappointing online ordering with Mr. Price Clothing terrible.

My first terrible online purchase, from Mr. Price, one item cancelled , o payment but order status shipped, how can they ship unpaid order. I call good enough they answer but after giving them my email that they have on system and promise to send email to attach proof of payment, the email did not arrive. i call again they said it says inbox full, i asked them to confirm my email they put it incorrect, trust broken. In my mind was the email bounced full or they did not send email as promised. I have not received my order ,already spotted trust broken and unprofessional behavior. I think it will be my first and last online order with Mr. Price. So disappointed, only hopping to get my orders or payment reverse.
