My experience with Mr Price Tsakane mall walls very bad , yesterday I called the store to check if they had stock on a black chino they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes as if I was calling with free minutes, my airtime finished no one called me back or checked the stock I felt neglected and not appreciated. Today I went to the store thanks to njabulo who managed to help with the long que and there was only a few customers. I would suggest you teach your staff about customer retention services.
