Mr price shop 192 sebokeng ****med me, I buy a phone of the value of R2700 and insured it on the 17/02/2025 for 6 months contract now my phone is ******, when I put claim at the monitor addiministrator I'm no where to be for on their system. I also find out from Mr price customer care and there is a prove that I paid insurance on 17/02/2025 I'm tired of doing up and down with waisting my time and air time and now 30days of claiming is exceeded yesterday on 22/05/2025😭😭
