My complain resolved with promptly and effective
<p>After being treated with such disrespect and extreme rudeness by a Consultant named Nikkita, my complain was handled with such humanity and respect by Jane Govender and Lee-andra Coluille and the matter was resolved. </p> <p>Thank you Jane.
