"Music" noise volumes set to max / Staff disrespectful and rude.

A new MRP store opened in Flora Centre recently and I decided to pop in. The floors were filthy and the clothes were all lying on the floor. It looked like a black Friday aftermath. The music emanating from the overhead speakers was set to maximum with some really terrible rapper noise. I asked if it was at all possible to just turn down the jarring insult to ones ears a notch or two. I was met with disdain and was told that it is calling the customers. Well, the mall was full and the store was empty, so exactly which people are you calling? I suggest that marketing do a survey before opening a new store as to the potential clientele and educate staff as to this fact. Flora Centre caters to older patrons, not kids. I walked out never to return!
