Mu daughter was ill treated,intimidated and threaned

Went to Mr Price in Ermelo with my daughter so we were shopping around at kids department she is 11years old so she accidentally hit a top and it fell down so i was on my way to the cashiers at the back i heard a lady calling her and i turned back she was confronted by the employee who works on that department she was rude she was very she's speaking to someone as her age my daughter was ordered back to pick up the top and fix it went to complain to the manager he just didnt come to je didnt even bother he just looked at me and walked away

Mr price is affordable basically cheap is that why we getting this service. Im so never going in that shop ever again in my life
