M.s Pretty Malunga - my HERO

After more than a week of beyond frustration, I landed on the other side of a call with Mr. Price online once again. But this time with a real angel called Ms. Pretty Malunga who assisted me. She resolved my problems. She took her time, made sure that I could log into my profile and she made sure that I could place my order. Not once did she treat me like a blond, she was patient and really wanted me to have a great experience with the online section. She wanted to retain me as a ongoing customer. From all the people that I had interacted with the last week plus, she is the only representative from Mr. Price that wanted to help me. She went the extra mile.
