I need help I app**** for Mr price bigger buy in February and it was approved for buying in store only and not online which I wasn't aware off,then I went to the shop to purchase things I thought I'd find since they were available online but unfortunately I couldn't find anything so I decided not to shop . The offer has an expiry date which passed after I didn't continue with using it .

Toy suprise when I checked my credit score it appears and affects my credit score because it shows that I do have an account due r15.000 I called Mr price bigger buy with the issue I was adviced that they will close it and they will send the paid up letter but till today I haven't received anything and it still appears on my credit score check and affects it.

What should I do ,please help
