Mr.Price terrible customer service and no regard for clients! DISGUSTING!!!

Writing review on behalf of account holder. Placed an order for click and collect last Monday! On the app it clearly states that delivery will take place between 4-6 working days! I called the call centre on Friday, was told the order will be delivered this week. Today was the last day for the order to be delivered to the store and still nothing!!! I called today and was informed that my husband will get an email today to collect the delivery… no assistance whatsoever, I was instead told that orders actually take 5-7 days! Why when it clearly says 4-6 days. Mr. Price as a brand has truly gone down the drain and it is very clear with the *********** call centre staff they hire and their unwillingness to assist or resolve your matter! DISGUSTING!!!
