MrPrice Robbing Customers every Month of their money

Horrible MrPrice Account service, they keep adding money onto the balance I owe to them. My debt with them was R2500, I missed 1 month of payment where I was supposed to pay R265. The following month I paid R600 instead of R530 that was due so I could be on a positive. So after paying R600 rom R2500 my balance was supposed to be R1900 but it wasn't. following month in July I paid R265, the balance on the slip I kept was R1810. So that's the amount written on a slip i kept after paying because I was under suspicion of *******. Then in the middle of this month "August 2019" Mr price sends me my statement saying that now I owe R2 100. I have been fuming, I have sent them maybe 15 emails in total on different days asking for my statements for the past 6 months, they have not done so. This company is robbing Poor South Africans and they must be exposed of this and put to a stop, i want to take snapshots of evidence and send to mybroadband so they can investigate this and write about it. Which other platforms can i get in touch with to send my evidence so they can warn South Africans not to open accounts with this horror company.

They may send a response here to make it seem like they are doing something but I don't trust them because they ignored over 15 emails sent on a weeks span and I know they will not do anything. Please be warned to stay away from them fellow South African
